Tommy & Spartan

About · Tommy & Spartan

We built the firm we kept looking for, and couldn't find.

Between us we've started companies, advised boards and incubated more than fifty ventures and projects. We've sat in every seat around the marketing table. We've hired the agencies, we've briefed the consultants, and we've run the marketing ourselves.

Every time, the same gap. A CMO hire that takes six months to ramp. An agency that ships activity and reports it back as progress. A board that asks for pipeline and is handed a testimonial. We kept thinking there had to be a better way to run this. So we built it.

Two named directors, built as software. Senior partners sign off on every output.

Why we built it

The market kept offering us two shapes and neither fit. A senior hire we'd wait half a year to see produce, or a retainer that billed by the hour and measured itself by activity. Founders we respected were pouring growth budgets into the gap between the two and getting motion back instead of pipeline.

Marketing should compound, not pulse.

The work should build on itself week after week, measured against your revenue, not reset to zero every campaign. That belief is the whole reason the firm exists, and it is the one thing a competitor can copy in words but not in how they actually run.

What we believe

We are operators, not advisers.

We've run the function, so we built software that does the work, not software that talks about it. Tommy runs marketing, Spartan runs strategy, and a named partner signs every output before it leaves the building.

If it can't be audited, we won't run it.

Every claim, every send and every number traces back to a source. It is the discipline a black-box tool cannot copy without becoming the thing we left, and it is what lets your board trust the work.

The same conviction, scaled by software.

Seven quality gates sit between the work and your desk: audience fit, factual integrity, brand consistency, visual quality, IP protection. Deterministic, automatic, and applied to everything. Quality stops being a human bottleneck and becomes a system guarantee.
