Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: your access continues until that date, and billing stops from then on. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.

Your first payment · 14-day refund

If Tommy & Spartan turns out to be the wrong fit, ask us within 14 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund it in full. Contact us through the support page or at mike@tokenomik.com, from the email address on your account. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment provider, and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Renewal payments

Each renewal payment covers the billing period ahead of it. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Your rights under Australian law

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees, apply alongside this policy. If the service fails to meet a guarantee, you are entitled to the remedies the law provides, whatever this page says.
